How our meme video maker handles photos, generated media, accounts, and your data rights

Scope and contact
This policy describes personal data handled by chatgptmillionaire.app, operating under the product name ChatGPT Millionaire. Contact support@chatgptmillionaire.app or our contact page about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions.
Data we collect
- Photos and video data: a photo you submit for generation, its prepared JPEG, generated video shots, provider task IDs and media URLs, job status, timestamps, and any error details. A local preview remains in your browser until you choose Generate video.
- Guest session: a random
video-guestcookie and its hashed server-side owner identifier, used to keep your job separate from other visitors and enforce capacity limits. Video generation does not require registration. - Account information, if you register: name, email, authentication records, profile details, and session information. Password authentication uses password hashes. If you select Google sign-in, we receive the profile details Google shares for sign-in.
- Communications: the name, email, message, and job or order references you provide when contacting support.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and request information, and operational or security logs needed to serve and protect the site.
Video prices are $4.90 USD per video at 480P or $9.90 USD per video at 720P, with no subscription or automatic renewal. See Pricing. The video upload form does not collect payment card details. We do not sell personal information.
Why and how we process data
We use your data to provide the video you request, restore an available job, authenticate optional accounts, enforce usage limits, investigate failures and abuse, respond to support, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on providing the requested service, your consent, security and service-operation interests, or legal obligations. We do not use your uploaded photos to train our own models.
Your browser prepares the photo and sends it to our server when you start generation. The server temporarily stores it in Cloudflare R2, uploads it to Kie.ai, and submits the photo with the preset motion references to Kling 3.0 Motion Control (kling-3.0/motion-control) through Kie.ai. We retrieve generated shots to R2 and deliver them through job access checks. The final video is assembled in your browser; downloading saves a copy on your device. There is no public gallery of visitor jobs.
Service providers and sharing
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, application database, temporary photo, generated shots, and operational infrastructure.
- Sightengine (when configured): receives the uploaded photo and generated-shot URLs for automated content screening. Generation is unavailable until screening is configured.
- Kie.ai and its generation infrastructure: receive the submitted photo and motion reference to run the Kling model and return generated media. Provider media URLs are used for processing. Treat these links as sensitive; we do not promise that they are authenticated or immediately deleted by the provider.
- Google: handles authentication only if you choose Google sign-in.
- Email services: deliver account and support messages. A message sent through the contact form includes the details you supply.
We may disclose information as necessary to comply with law or investigate misuse. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Provider-side retention and use are governed by their terms; this site does not control their backups or guarantee that deleting our copy deletes theirs. We do not promise a provider-side no-training or fixed-deletion agreement that has not been established.
Where a purchase uses Waffo Pancake, checkout and payment card processing take place with Waffo Pancake. The payment processor and handling of order data will be explained before you confirm a purchase. Do not submit payment card numbers in photos or support messages.

Use the Delete control in the video maker to immediately revoke access to your guest job and queue deletion of hosted photos and shots. An hourly task removes files and scrubs media and provider URLs from the job record; failed deletions are retried. Generation has no manual approval step. Authorized administrators may access reported hosted media to handle complaints. You may also request deletion by providing the job ID to support. We may need to verify ownership before deleting or disclosing personal data. Clearing cookies or deleting an optional account does not automatically delete a separate guest video job or a provider's copy.
Your data rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to and a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent to future consent-based processing and request account closure. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not deny service merely because you exercise a privacy right.
You can change profile information in Profile settings and request account deletion in Security settings. For guest jobs, other records, or help using these controls, email support@chatgptmillionaire.app. Include the job ID or account email and the request; do not send passwords or full payment card numbers. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days, or sooner where applicable law requires. If an extension is permitted and necessary, we explain why and when to expect a response. A deletion request may require limited verification and may be subject to lawful retention exceptions.
Security, cookies, and children
We use HTTPS in production, access checks for job retrieval, and session protections. These reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security or stop a recipient from copying downloaded media. Do not upload sensitive identity documents or photos you cannot lawfully share.
We use cookies and browser storage for guest jobs, authentication, language, and appearance preferences. See our Cookie Policy. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over; do not submit photos of minors. If you believe a child's data has been submitted, contact support with the job reference without forwarding the image.
Changes
We publish updates on this page with the date above. Changes to payment-data processing or the handling of photos will be described before they take effect.
