Terms, billing, and content rules for our photo-to-video meme service

The service
These terms govern chatgptmillionaire.app, an independent entertainment project operating under the product name ChatGPT Millionaire. By using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a photo.
The video maker uses a photo you supply and a fixed motion reference to produce an AI-generated “Get a job” meme video of about 13 seconds. The current generation model is Kling 3.0 Motion Control (kling-3.0/motion-control), accessed through Kie.ai. The final MP4 combines generated shots with the reference audio in your browser. Keep the browser open during assembly; unfinished jobs can resume for 24 hours after creation. Generation times and resemblance vary, and a successful result is not guaranteed.
This is synthetic entertainment. It is not a record of actual events, professional advice, a way to earn money, or a promise of becoming a millionaire. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Kling, or Kie.ai.
Pricing and billing
Meme videos cost $4.90 USD per video at 480P or $9.90 USD per video at 720P. Prices are per video, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Each browser session can start up to 3 jobs per UTC day, subject to shared daily capacity; failed jobs count toward that limit. Only one unfinished job can run per browser session. Before any purchase, we will display the product, resolution, price, billing basis, refund terms, and payment processor for your confirmation. Using the service does not authorize a future or recurring charge. These per-video prices do not include a subscription or lifetime plan.
Cancellation, refunds, and delivery
Per-video purchases do not create a subscription or automatic renewal. Closing the page stops local playback or assembly; an already submitted provider job may continue. You can resume an available job in the same browser during its 24-hour access window. Clearing the browser's session cookie can remove your ability to retrieve it.
For a refund request or a charge you believe was made in error in connection with this site, contact support@chatgptmillionaire.app with the receipt or payment reference. Do not send full card numbers. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Your account and uploaded material
The video maker does not require an account. If you create an account for other site features, provide accurate details and protect your credentials. You can change your profile in Profile settings and request account deletion through Security settings or support.
Only upload your own photo or material for which you hold the necessary rights and the explicit permission of the adult depicted. Do not upload a stranger's, celebrity's, or public figure's image without permission. You must actively confirm permission before generation. Consent to use a photo does not waive anyone's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
You retain your rights in your uploads. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit, store, and process them to provide the requested service and handle support or abuse reports. This is not permission to sell your photo or distribute it as advertising. Rights in third-party reference footage, sound, and other material remain with their respective owners. We cannot grant you rights that we do not hold or guarantee copyright protection or commercial-use rights in AI outputs.
Acceptable use and prohibited content
These rules cover uploaded photos, generation requests, generated shots, final videos, and use of the site. Do not create, upload, or share:
- Pornography, nudity, or other NSFW sexual content.
- Graphic violence, gore, threats, terrorism, or content encouraging self-harm.
- Hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or harassment.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or other child-unsafe content. Do not submit photos of minors.
- Deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, non-consensual use of someone's likeness, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes, or misleading depictions of a real person's speech or actions. Do not present a synthetic meme as a real recording or endorsement.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights, including unauthorized source footage, music, or brand assets.
Do not bypass safety controls, access another visitor's job, circumvent capacity limits, or use the service for fraud or spam. Review every output before sharing it and clearly disclose that it is AI-generated. A permission checkbox or an AI label does not by itself make a use lawful or eligible for a payment provider.
Content review and its limits
The service accepts photos, with no visitor text prompt. When generation is available, automated screening checks the uploaded photo before generation and each generated shot before playback or download. There is no manual approval queue. Rejected content, missing screening results, or screening-service failures do not grant media access. Generation is unavailable until the screening service is configured. Decisions record the service, workflow, request ID, stage, policy version, and time. Automated screening cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected.
You can report your current job from the video maker, or use the email below for other reports. Reports are reviewed by the service operator; administrators record the resolution and can immediately revoke access to reported hosted content. Available actions include investigating the job, removing hosted material, restricting access to the service or a registered account, and responding to lawful requests. We cannot retrieve or erase copies already downloaded to another person's device or posted on other websites.
Reporting prohibited content
Send reports and removal requests to support@chatgptmillionaire.app. Include the video/job ID or relevant URL, the category of concern, and a brief explanation. Do not attach illegal imagery, especially CSAM. Identify urgent child-safety or non-consensual intimate-content reports clearly in the subject.
The following are our handling targets, not a claim that an automated response or a staffed 24-hour review team exists:

We assess severity, investigate the available records, take proportionate action, and inform the reporter where possible. If more information or time is needed, we explain the reason and provide an updated timeline. Reports are handled confidentially except where disclosure is required for investigation or by law. Appeals can be sent to the same email within 14 days of a decision; we aim to respond within 10 business days. We do not claim that a separate appeals team exists.
Suspension and disclaimers
We may restrict or suspend access for breaches of these terms, suspected abuse, security issues, legal obligations, or provider outages. The service is provided as available; AI output may contain visual errors or unwanted material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
